Sajhan Gill

Kazana Capital Co-Founder

Sajhan graduated from the University of British Columbia. Originally, he wanted to follow in his siblings’ footsteps and pursue a career in the medical field. However, he found his passion in business. Initially, he had set his eyes on the stock market. Sajhan came to learn that in the stock market only a few insiders make the bulk of the money whereas the average investor makes little to no money. This made him transition into long term real estate investments. These realizations led Sajhan to co-found Kazana Capital. His focus is to provide everyday people with a way to make money with real estate backed investments. No longer running the risk of money being lost in the stock market, instead holding money in a stable market. He has completed the Canadian Securities Course and is a licensed mortgage broker.

Manjit Gill

Kazana Capital Co-Founder

Manjit grew up in Prince George, BC and met his wife while attending university. He attended SFU full-time and decided to become a realtor and started his career in 1990. After several years as a realtor, he moved into the field of property development. After raising his three boys and being their soccer and hockey coach, he decided to relax and travel. This of course was short lived. As his youngest son, Sajhan, who decided not to follow in his two older brothers’ footsteps in becoming a doctor wanted to go into business and thus Kazana was born. Manjit is blessed to build a legacy of bringing financial freedom to others with his son. In his 35+ years of experience he has personally witnessed that more wealth is made in investing directly or indirectly in real estate with positive compounding returns.

Sanj Westin

Chief Compliance Officer

Sanj Westin, CPA, is an accomplished finance leader and Chartered Professional Accountant with CPA Canada. Before serving as Chief Financial Officer at a premier financial firm, she held the position of Vice President of Finance and Compliance at a leading Mortgage Investment Entity in British Columbia. In these roles, Ms. Westin directed key accounting and finance strategies, developed comprehensive compliance policies, and expertly managed assets and cash flows. Her strategic acumen facilitated effective resource allocation and risk mitigation, while her negotiation skills fostered beneficial partnerships.
