Our inaugural Long Term Growth Funds focus was on capital appreciation through strategic investments in real estate developments. The capital goal for this fund was achieved, and as the properties are now in various stages of the development cycle, the fund is NOW CLOSED.
Fund Objective
A real estate investment fund was established to address the growing demand for housing in the province of British Columbia.
The fund focused on the development of residential properties, in key urban and suburban areas. By leveraging strategic investments, it aimed to increase housing availability and support sustainable growth in the region, while offering investors a stable opportunity to participate in the robust BC real estate market.
The fund prioritized projects that align with the province’s goals of reducing housing shortages and fostering community development.

- Investment Focus: We targeted multi-family residential real estate projects to capitalize on growth in the real estate market.
- Gross Development Value: +192m
- Projects: Notable investments include.
- ML Emporio Properties’ Azure Grove Project, featuring two low-rise apartment buildings with a total of 273 units.
- Landvision – A small development in Langford, British Columbia for 10 single family homes.
- Willow Tree Homes has started a townhome project in Langley, British Columbia for 44 units.
- Capital goal achieved. Fund is now closed and under development.
